He has experience in dealing with challenging planning, zoning and building codes, and has cultivated a valuable network of connections with other professionals in all aspects of the real estate and building industry. Mr. Johnson was the Director of Acquisitions and Director of Sales & Marketing at a local Westside development group that focused on new urban residential investments and mixed-use developments. Mr. Johnson holds a California Department of Real Estate Brokers License and is a Top Producer involved in over 500 transactions placing him in the upper 1% of all NRT Agents Nationwide.
